Resources:
It is a mission of the Korean Bulgyo Musool Association to serve as a repository, in which we may preserve the teachings that have been handed down to us, and from which we may disseminate, pass on, and build upon those teachings with a spirit of refuge and loving-kindness.
The downloads on the pages that follow are taken from some of the better practices offered at the Blue Dragon Zen Buddhist Temple which was established in Arcata California USA in 1968 as 'The Internal School' and renamed in 1971.
These teachings are designed to bring about physical health, mental control and inner harmony; they promote the realization of singleness of mind wherein the art transcends a mere display of technical skill (even one learned patiently under the tutelage of a skilled Master), but represent spontaneous, original, and creative attainment on account of the directive attitude and intention exercised during the initial moments of the practice.
